At ferm LIVING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return any items that do not meet your expectations for a full refund.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Fill out the return form included in your original shipment or contact our customer service team to initiate the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, resaleable condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized parcel shop or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
